CONCRETE CO., LTD (100% Japanese-invested) is looking for an outstanding Frontend Developer to help bring the latest web and AI technologies into real-world products.
Job Description
- Build and optimize user interfaces for production-grade web products
- Apply AI throughout the development workflow to increase delivery speed and quality
- Collaborate with the Backend/Design team to deliver seamless UX, including AI-powered features (chatbots, smart recommendations…)
Requirements
Technical Skills
- At least 4 years of experience building frontend for real production products (not just personal projects)
- Advanced proficiency in React or Vue: state management, performance optimization, component/design-system architecture
- Hands-on experience using AI coding agents (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code…) and agentic workflows to speed up delivery
- Ability to integrate AI/LLM into real products (AI chat, streaming responses, function-calling UI…)
- Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, accessibility (WCAG), and a performance-first mindset
- Experience writing tests (Jest, Playwright/Cypress) and working with CI/CD
- Able to read English technical documentation; Japanese is a plus
- Ability to build cross-platform mobile apps (React Native or Flutter) is a strong plus

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Lunch break: 11:45 am – 12:45 pm
