Concrete brings AI into daily work, with three rules on client data

Dear Customers, Partners and Colleagues,

Concrete has rolled out AI tools into the daily work of the entire team — not just the engineering department — together with three mandatory rules covering client data and human accountability.

👉 Every member now has access to, and hands-on guidance for, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT, applied to the actual work of their own role:

  • Engineers: help with writing and reviewing code. An automated reviewer runs first on every pull request, so the human review can focus on design and business logic.
  • BA and QA: consolidating requirements, drafting specifications, generating test cases from a business description.
  • Admin, HR and Accounting: extracting data from documents, drafting emails and reports, looking up internal policies.

The programme comes with three rules that apply to every department:

  1. Never put client data, contract information or project source code into a public tool.
  2. AI produces drafts only — the person doing the work still reviews and remains accountable for the final result.
  3. Every use case must prove its value with measurements before being rolled out widely.

The goal is not fewer people, but less repetitive work — so the team can spend its time on the part that genuinely requires thinking. This is also how we advise clients on adopting AI; see our services for details.

Thank you for your continued support.
