Established in 2019 in Da Nang as the development team for ARCHIPELAGO (Tokyo), CONCRETE has worked alongside numerous Japanese enterprises to build and operate systems across healthcare, education, retail, and service industries. Hoang Ba Long
CEO
Having lived, studied, and worked in Japan for nearly 10 years, Long directly shaped the strategy and led Concrete from a software outsourcing company to a Digital Transformation (DX) solutions provider.
Graduated with a major in Information Systems and Electronics Engineering from Daiichi Institute of Technology (第一工科大学).
Having served as Vice President of the Vietnamese Youth and Student Association in Japan (VYSA) in 2019, she actively contributed to connecting and fostering exchange between the Vietnamese and Japanese communities.
Starting as a Software Engineer and Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE) at ARCHIPELAGO Inc (Tokyo), Long directly participated in and managed a series of complex IT projects for major partners in Japan. Since 2023, Long has been appointed CEO of Concrete Corp in Vietnam, gradually building Concrete into an independent, professional technology company, bringing Japanese quality standards closer to global businesses.
